How I got here

I didn't start in a consulting firm. I started knocking on doors. My first five years in this industry were pure direct sales — door-to-door, then retail — the kind where every "no" is personal and every "yes" is earned, not handed to you on a lead list.

From there I moved into team leadership: managing stores, running customer support, and eventually finding my way back to marketing, where I specialised in digital marketing and have kept studying and testing ever since — right up to today.

I'm now moving into independent consulting, working remotely with founders and small teams who need someone who has actually carried a growth number — not just advised on one.

The MYOS story

Aug 2023 – Nov 2025. I was given the chance to rebuild a company's core structure from the inside — creating two departments that didn't exist, sales and marketing, and building a retention system from scratch. All of it alone, without an agency or team behind me.

The full breakdown: paid acquisition scaled from a €200 first test that generated 700 leads in 7 days, up to a steady €2K–€4K/month spend driving 2,000+ leads/month. SEO contributed +15% incremental revenue. On the retention side, a system that didn't exist before recovered 35% of inactive customers, contributing +12% incremental revenue at an average ticket of ~€600. And the sales team — built from one person to nine — ended up responsible for 35% of total company revenue.

All of it run end-to-end by one person, without an in-house team or outside agency.
